Important Booking Information

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are our top priority. We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes changes to your schedule are necessary.

24-Hour Notice

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you. We will do our best to find another convenient time for you to reschedule.

Card On File

A credit card is required on file when booking an appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Retail & Skincare Sales

All retail and skincare services are final sale, including purchases made through financing.

Skincare Product Exchanges

Products may be exchanged only if they remain in their original, completely sealed packaging, the exchange is requested within 5 business days of purchase, and the original receipt is provided. No exchanges are accepted outside these conditions.
